Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions
All services are provided only where clinically necessary and appropriate, as determined by a registered dental practitioner following a full clinical assessment. Offers are designed to support patient access to care and must not be interpreted as a guarantee of treatment suitability or outcome.
Offers cannot be used:
In conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer
As part of any Government scheme or subsidy
As a substitute for cash or redeemed for cash value
Offers are available only to patients with active private health insurance that includes dental cover and available rebates through any Australian health fund.
Each offer covers the following services (where clinically appropriate):
Comprehensive or limited dental examination (011, 012)
Scale and clean (114) or removal of plaque (111)
Fluoride treatment (121)
Bitewing or periapical x-rays (022)
If one or more of these services are not clinically suitable, the practitioner will advise and recommend alternative care. Standard practice fees will apply for any services outside the offer.
By participating in this offer, patients acknowledge that all treatment decisions are made solely at the discretion of the dental practitioner, based on professional judgement and clinical need.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Voucher Offers
Vouchers are valid only for selected patients as determined by the practice.
One voucher per patient only.
Vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Patients must attend a full examination and clean appointment before becoming eligible to use a voucher. This allows the practitioner to assess overall oral health and confirm the suitability of any treatment or promotional offer.
All treatments are provided subject to clinical assessment and professional judgement.
Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
Vouchers must be presented at the time of appointment to be valid. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
High Dental values your time and our practitioners’ time. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
This notice period allows us to maintain availability for other patients and ensure the best possible service.
We understand emergencies can happen. If unavoidable circumstances occur, please contact the practice as soon as possible.
A $60 late cancellation credit will apply to any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
This credit may be applied toward your next appointment fee.
If there are two or more late cancellations or non-attendances, the credit will be forfeited and retained by the practice.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
